Gameplay Content

Device permissions
- App Tracking Transparency: if tracking authorization is undetermined, Giant Tire presents a branded explanation and may ask whether the app may track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Continue and Not Now are both available; either choice leaves gameplay available.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: Manage privacy choices, serve an optional non-personalized rewarded video, report aggregate performance, and prevent invalid activity. View its privacy policy.
- Apple Game Center: Authenticate an optional Game Center player and submit or display the all-time High Scores leaderboard. View its privacy policy.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit: Display localized skin prices and process purchases, restoration, refunds, and entitlement status. View its privacy policy.
Lurgio Investments does not sell personal information. Giant Tire requests non-personalized Google ads through AdMob, disables publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID, and caps eligible inventory at Google’s Teen maximum content rating. The first release uses Google demand only and includes no mediation adapters. Google and Apple process information under their own policies, the user’s consent choices, and applicable system settings.
Retention and deletion
The local best score, selected skin, completed premium-skin trial counts, cached entitlement status, gameplay settings, and first-run permission-message state remain on the device until Giant Tire is deleted or its local data is cleared. Apple maintains authoritative Game Center leaderboard and App Store purchase records under its own policies. Google and Apple retain information they process according to their policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Giant Tire does not create a Lurgio Investments account. Deleting the app removes its locally stored score, settings, selected skin, trial counts, and cached entitlement from that device. It does not delete the score submitted to Apple Game Center or Apple’s App Store purchase history. Eligible skin purchases can be restored from Apple afterward. Support correspondence can be the subject of an access or deletion request, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
Where required, Giant Tire refreshes Google’s advertising privacy choices at launch and exposes Privacy Options in Settings when Google requires an ongoing entry point. Tracking can be changed in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Game Center can be managed through Apple or iOS settings. Denying or skipping tracking never blocks gameplay. Deleting the app removes the local gameplay profile but does not delete Apple’s Game Center or App Store records.
