How to submit a request
with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include your name, the relevant app or service, the type of request, and enough context for us to locate the information.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not ask for your password. Some information may be retained when required by law, needed for security, or necessary to document the request.
Rizz Pig privacy choices
Rizz Pig does not create a Lurgio Investments account. On first run, if Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization is still undetermined, the app asks for ATT before requesting notification authorization. Either choice is allowed and does not block gameplay. Premium users also complete the ATT step, but Google Mobile Ads startup is skipped while Premium is active.
You can manage ATT in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking and notification permission in iOS Settings under Notifications. If notifications are allowed, Rizz Pig schedules one replaceable local inactivity reminder 72 hours after the latest activity. It uses no remote push service or notification server and transmits no notification content.
Where required, the app presents advertising choices before requesting ads and provides an in-app Privacy Options entry point when Google requires one. Advertising remains configured as non-personalized with publisher personalization and publisher first-party ID disabled, regardless of the ATT choice.
You can also disable Game Center through Apple settings or delete Rizz Pig to remove its local gameplay data. Deleting the app does not delete Apple's Game Center or App Store purchase records and does not cancel an active Premium subscription.

Astroman privacy choices
Astroman does not create a Lurgio Investments account and does not automatically present a Google consent popup at launch. Planned initial App Store availability excludes the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Astroman requests non-personalized interstitial ads through Google AdMob, caps eligible inventory at Google's Teen maximum content rating, and has no banner, rewarded, or app-open ads. The first release uses Google demand only; Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize mediation are deferred.
If Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization is requested, either choice is allowed and does not block gameplay. You can later manage tracking in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Game Center is optional and can be managed through Apple settings. When Google requires an ongoing privacy entry point, Privacy Options is available in Astroman's Help & Settings.
Deleting Astroman removes its local best score, settings, advertising cadence, and cached Remove Ads entitlement from that device. It does not delete Apple's Game Center or App Store purchase records; an eligible Remove Ads purchase can be restored afterward.

Giant Tire privacy choices
Giant Tire does not create a Lurgio Investments account. If Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization is requested, allowing, denying, or skipping the request does not block gameplay or enable publisher ad personalization. You can manage tracking in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. When Google requires an ongoing privacy entry point, Privacy Options is available in Giant Tire's Settings.
Apple Game Center authentication is optional and can be managed through Apple or iOS settings. When authenticated, Giant Tire submits the best gameplay score stored on the device to one all-time High Scores leaderboard. Local play remains available if Game Center is unavailable, declined, restricted, or signed out.
Deleting Giant Tire removes its local best score, settings, selected skin, skin-trial counts, and cached purchase status from that device. It does not delete a score already submitted to Apple Game Center or Apple's App Store purchase history; eligible skin purchases can be restored afterward.

Apps with accounts
If a future Lurgio Investments app supports account creation, deletion will be available inside that app. Its support and account-deletion pages will provide the exact path. A website request may provide assistance but will not replace an in-app deletion control required by Apple.
