Privacy policy

Effective August 30, 2026. Last revised August 30, 2026.

Who we are and what this policy covers

Lurgio Investments LLC publishes Astroman, bundle ID com.astroman.game, and is responsible for the first-party practices described here. This policy covers Astroman gameplay, advertising, the optional Remove Ads purchase, Game Center, support, and privacy choices.

Astroman does not create a Lurgio Investments account and does not include subscriptions, first-party analytics or an analytics SDK, notifications, or social posting. Google AdMob may process advertising interaction and diagnostic data for the purposes disclosed below and in the App Store privacy disclosure.

Gameplay data stored on your device

The local best score, completed-game-over ad cadence, settings, and first-run permission-message state are stored on the device. Lurgio Investments does not receive this local gameplay profile. Deleting Astroman removes it from that device.

Advertising and consent data

Astroman uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to request non-personalized interstitial advertising and provide privacy choices when required. The first release uses Google demand through AdMob only. Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize mediation are deferred and are not included in the shipping binary. Astroman caps eligible ads at Google's Teen maximum content rating and disables publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID.

After every third completed game-over, the next Go Again or Blast Off attempt may show one interstitial. Nonfatal heart losses and menu navigation do not trigger ads. If an ad is unavailable or fails, the next run begins immediately and the ad remains due across relaunches until shown. After a displayed ad closes, Astroman presents an optional one-time Remove Ads offer with a No Thanks path. Astroman has no banners, rewarded ads, or app-open ads.

If Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization is undetermined, Astroman presents a branded explanation with Continue and Not Now choices. iOS may then ask for tracking authorization. Allowing, denying, or skipping the request does not block gameplay and does not enable publisher ad personalization.

Google may process the data practices listed in the Astroman app profile, including coarse location inferred from an IP address, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction, and crash or performance diagnostics. Device ID is disclosed as used for tracking. Google processes information under its own policy, consent choices, and applicable system settings.

Astroman does not automatically present a Google consent popup at launch. Planned initial App Store availability excludes the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The app exposes Privacy Options in Help & Settings when Google requires an ongoing entry point.

Game Center

Game Center authentication is optional. When signed in, Astroman submits the saved integer best score to Apple's all-time global High Score leaderboard and can display the leaderboard. Local play continues when authentication, network access, score submission, or leaderboard presentation is unavailable.

Review Apple Game Center privacy information.

Remove Ads purchase

Astroman offers one optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase with a $2.99 U.S. base price. Apple processes the transaction and payment information; Lurgio Investments does not receive payment-card or bank details. The app checks Apple's signed StoreKit transaction status and keeps a local entitlement cache so ads remain disabled while offline.

Restore Purchases asks Apple to reconcile eligible purchases for the signed-in App Store account. Refund requests and purchase-history management are handled through Apple's Report a Problem service.

Your privacy choices

Astroman does not automatically present a Google consent popup at launch. Its planned initial App Store availability excludes the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The app exposes Privacy Options in Help & Settings when Google requires an ongoing entry point. Tracking can be changed in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Game Center can be changed through Apple settings. Deleting the app removes the local gameplay profile.

Visit Privacy Choices to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible information held by Lurgio Investments. We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information when required by law, needed for security, or necessary to document the request.

Retention, sharing, and security

The local best score, advertising cadence, Remove Ads entitlement cache, permission-message state, and gameplay settings remain on the device until Astroman is deleted or its local data is cleared. Apple maintains the authoritative purchase and Game Center records under its own policies. Advertising providers retain information they process according to their policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.

Lurgio Investments does not sell personal information. Astroman requests non-personalized Google ads through AdMob, disables publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID, and caps eligible inventory at Google’s Teen maximum content rating. The first release uses Google demand only; Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize mediation are deferred and are not included in the shipping binary. Google processes information under its own policy, the user’s consent choices, and applicable system settings.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when Astroman, its providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date identifies the current version.
