Acceptance and license
By downloading or using Astroman after release, you agree to these terms and applicable App Store terms. Astroman is licensed, not sold, for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment under Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA.
Gameplay and Game Center
Astroman stores local gameplay progress and offers an optional Game Center leaderboard. Online features depend on Apple services and network availability. Do not tamper with the app, reverse engineer except where law permits, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores, interfere with advertising, or abuse support and reporting channels.
Advertising
Astroman may show one cadence-limited interstitial when a player starts a run after every third completed game-over. If a due ad is unavailable, it remains due across relaunches until shown. After a displayed ad closes, Astroman may present an optional one-time Remove Ads offer with a No Thanks path. Inventory and availability are controlled by Google AdMob and may vary. Astroman includes no banners, rewarded ads, or app-open ads.
The first release uses Google demand through AdMob only. Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Liftoff Monetize mediation are deferred. Report inappropriate inventory through the Astroman Report an Ad page. Do not click ads except when genuinely interested in the advertised content.
Remove Ads purchase and accounts
Astroman offers one optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase with a $2.99 U.S. base price. It permanently disables interstitial ads for the purchasing App Store account on compatible devices after purchase or restoration. Regional prices and taxes may vary. Apple processes payments, restores, and eligible refunds under its terms. Astroman has no subscriptions, virtual currency sales, or Lurgio Investments accounts. Gameplay scores and settings have no cash value.
Intellectual property
Astroman, its artwork, audio, software, text, and branding are owned by Lurgio Investments LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse.
Availability and liability
Astroman's planned initial availability excludes the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The app and connected services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, balancing, advertising availability, and online services may change. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
