Who we are and what this policy covers
Lurgio Investments LLC publishes Giant Tire, bundle ID com.gianttire.game, and is responsible for the first-party practices described here. This policy covers gameplay, optional Game Center authentication and leaderboard participation, the optional rewarded continue, five optional cosmetic skin purchases, support, and privacy choices.
Giant Tire does not create a Lurgio Investments account and does not include subscriptions, multiplayer, notifications, chat, first-party analytics, or a separate analytics SDK.
Gameplay data stored on your device
The best score, selected skin, completed trial count for each premium skin, cached purchase status, settings, and first-run permission-message state are stored on the device. Lurgio Investments does not receive this local gameplay profile. Deleting Giant Tire removes that local data from the device, but it does not delete a score already submitted to Apple Game Center or Apple's App Store purchase history.
Advertising and consent data
Giant Tire uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for one optional rewarded-video placement. After the first round, the player may watch one video to add exactly 90 seconds to the current game. Time is added only from Google's earned-reward callback. Closing early, no fill, or failure grants nothing. There are no banners, interstitials, app-open ads, mediation partners, or forced advertising.
Giant Tire requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID, and caps eligible inventory at Google's Teen maximum content rating. Where required, Google privacy choices are refreshed at launch and Privacy Options appears in Settings.
If App Tracking Transparency authorization is undetermined, Giant Tire presents a branded explanation and may ask for tracking authorization. Allowing, denying, or skipping the request does not block gameplay or enable publisher ad personalization.
Google may process the practices listed on the Giant Tire app profile, including coarse location inferred from an IP address, identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, rewarded-video completion, and crash or performance diagnostics. Device ID is disclosed as used for tracking.
Game Center and Gameplay Content
Apple Game Center authentication is optional. Giant Tire uses one all-time High Scores leaderboard. When the player is authenticated, the app submits the best gameplay score stored on that device to Apple Game Center. Apple processes this Gameplay Content, links it to the player's Game Center identity, and uses it for app functionality; the high score is not used for tracking.
Local gameplay remains available when Game Center is unavailable, declined, restricted, or signed out. The local best score remains stored on the device. Game Center can be managed through Apple or iOS settings.
Deleting Giant Tire removes its local score and other local data but does not delete a score already submitted to Apple Game Center. Review Apple's Game Center privacy information.
Skin purchases
Giant Tire offers Hot Rod, Offroad, Donut, Vampire, and Pizza as separate optional non-consumable purchases. Apple displays localized prices, processes payment information, verifies signed transactions, and maintains purchase history. Lurgio Investments does not receive payment-card or bank details.
Restore Purchases asks Apple to reconcile eligible purchases for the signed-in App Store account. Refund requests and purchase-history management are handled through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Your privacy choices
Where required, Giant Tire refreshes Google’s advertising privacy choices at launch and exposes Privacy Options in Settings when Google requires an ongoing entry point. Tracking can be changed in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Game Center can be managed through Apple or iOS settings. Denying or skipping tracking never blocks gameplay. Deleting the app removes the local gameplay profile but does not delete Apple’s Game Center or App Store records.

Retention, sharing, and security
The local best score, selected skin, completed premium-skin trial counts, cached entitlement status, gameplay settings, and first-run permission-message state remain on the device until Giant Tire is deleted or its local data is cleared. Apple maintains authoritative Game Center leaderboard and App Store purchase records under its own policies. Google and Apple retain information they process according to their policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Lurgio Investments does not sell personal information. Giant Tire requests non-personalized Google ads through AdMob, disables publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID, and caps eligible inventory at Google’s Teen maximum content rating. The first release uses Google demand only and includes no mediation adapters. Google and Apple process information under their own policies, the user’s consent choices, and applicable system settings.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
