Acceptance and license
By downloading or using Giant Tire after release, you agree to these terms and applicable App Store terms. Giant Tire is licensed, not sold, for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment under Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA.
Gameplay and Game Center
Giant Tire stores gameplay progress locally and can be played without creating an account. Optional Apple Game Center authentication can submit the player's best gameplay score to one all-time High Scores leaderboard. Local play remains available when Game Center is unavailable, declined, restricted, or signed out.
Do not tamper with the app, reverse engineer except where law permits, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate leaderboard scores, interfere with advertising, or abuse support and reporting channels.
Optional rewarded video
After the first round, Giant Tire may offer one optional rewarded video that adds exactly 90 seconds only after the reward is earned. Closing early, failure, or lack of available inventory grants no time. Advertising inventory and availability are controlled by Google AdMob and may vary. Giant Tire includes no banner, interstitial, or app-open advertising.
Report inappropriate inventory through the Giant Tire Report an Ad page. Do not click ads except when genuinely interested in the advertised content.
Skin trials and purchases
Hot Rod, Offroad, Donut, Vampire, and Pizza each include two completed local trial rounds and are then offered as separate non-consumable App Store purchases. Apple displays the localized price before purchase, processes payments, restores eligible purchases, and handles refund eligibility under its terms. Giant Tire has no subscriptions, virtual currency, or required account. Cosmetic skins have no cash value.
Intellectual property
Giant Tire, its artwork, software, text, and branding are owned by Lurgio Investments LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse.
Availability and liability
The app and connected services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, balancing, advertising availability, and online services may change. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
