Who we are and what this policy covers
Lurgio Investments LLC publishes Rizz Pig and is responsible for the first-party practices described here. This policy covers the Rizz Pig app for iPhone and iPad, including its support, advertising, Game Center, and purchase features.
Rizz Pig does not create a Lurgio Investments account. The app is not marketed specifically as a children's app.
Gameplay data stored on your device
Scores, settings, lives, life-recovery timing, Rizz Sauce, the equipped cosmetic, on-device achievements, and local entitlement status are stored on your device. Rizz Sauce is a locally tracked collectible that supports the on-device Sauce Boss achievement; it does not unlock cosmetics. The six non-starter cosmetics are StoreKit purchases. Lurgio Investments does not receive this local gameplay profile.
Deleting Rizz Pig removes this locally stored gameplay data from that device. See the data-deletion section for details and limits.
Advertising and consent data
Rizz Pig uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to request non-personalized advertising and present privacy choices where required. Google Mobile Ads is configured for teenage treatment with a Teen maximum content rating. Publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID are disabled.
On first run, if Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization is still undetermined, iOS asks whether Rizz Pig may track activity across other companies' apps and websites. Allowing or denying the request does not block gameplay. Premium users also complete this first-run ATT step, but Rizz Pig skips Google Mobile Ads startup while Premium is active. The ATT request does not change the release configuration that disables publisher ad personalization.
Free players may see an adaptive banner on Home. A genuinely new player's first 10-life bank has no interstitial; the second bank may show one after death 5; after the next completed refill, later banks may show interstitials after deaths 3, 6, and 9. The death that reduces lives to zero is always excluded. A refill that actually restores lives—either a completed timed refill or an earned rewarded refill—advances the cadence. A rewarded video at zero lives is optional and refills the bank to 10 only after the reward is earned. No ad appears when the app opens.
Google may process approximate location derived from an IP address, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction, and crash or performance diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, service operation, security, and fraud prevention. Google processes this information under its own terms and policies.
The published App Store privacy disclosure identifies Location, Usage Data, and Identifiers as linked to you; Diagnostics as not linked to you; and Device ID as used for tracking. These disclosure labels do not mean publisher ad personalization is enabled.
Premium suppresses all ads. Eligible legacy Remove Ads owners continue to have forced ads suppressed; Remove Ads is not offered for sale.
Local notification permission
After the first-run ATT step, Rizz Pig asks whether it may send notifications. Either choice is allowed and does not block gameplay.
If allowed, Rizz Pig maintains one replaceable local inactivity reminder scheduled exactly 72 hours after the latest app or gameplay activity. Activity refreshes that local schedule. Rizz Pig does not use Apple Push Notification service, remote push, a notification server, background fetch, an Aura-record notification, or notification deep links.
The reminder is created and stored on the device. Rizz Pig does not transmit notification content, so this local feature adds no transmitted notification-content data category.
Apple services and purchases
Apple Game Center may process an optional player identity and Rizz Pig's Aura leaderboard score and rank when you sign in. Version 1.0 achievements remain on the device and are not submitted to Game Center. You can manage Game Center through Apple's settings.
Apple's App Store and StoreKit process purchases, subscription status, restoration, refunds, and entitlement records. Lurgio Investments does not receive payment-card details. Apple may retain Game Center and purchase records even after Rizz Pig is deleted.
Your privacy choices
Where required, Rizz Pig presents advertising choices before requesting ads. When Google requires an ongoing entry point, you can reopen those choices using Privacy Options inside Rizz Pig. You can manage ATT in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking, notifications in iOS Settings under Notifications, and Game Center through Apple settings.
Visit our Privacy Choices page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible information held by Lurgio Investments. We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information when required by law, needed for security, or necessary to document the request.
Retention, sharing, and security
Scores, settings, lives, Rizz Sauce, equipped cosmetics, on-device achievements, and local entitlement status remain on the device until the app is deleted or its local data is cleared. A permitted local notification is replaced as activity occurs and is scheduled for 72 hours after the latest activity. Google and Apple retain information they process according to their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Lurgio Investments does not sell personal information. Rizz Pig limits Google advertising through non-personalized requests, teenage treatment, a Teen maximum content rating, disabled publisher personalization, and disabled publisher first-party ID. Google and Apple may process information as described above under their own policies and service terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy when Rizz Pig, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date above identifies the current version.
