Acceptance and license
By downloading or using Rizz Pig, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rizz Pig is licensed, not sold, for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Gameplay and online services
Rizz Pig includes local gameplay progress and optional Apple Game Center identity plus Aura leaderboard score and rank. Version 1.0 achievements remain on the device and are not submitted to Game Center. Online features depend on Apple services and network availability.
You may not tamper with the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or abuse support and reporting channels.
Optional purchases and Premium
Rizz Pig offers six separately sold non-consumable cosmetic skins—Aura Cape, Court Kicks, Sigma Jetpack, Angel Wings, Tatted Aura, and Radar Rizz—each with a $2.99 U.S. base price. Apple shows the localized price before purchase.
Rizz Pig Premium is an annual auto-renewable subscription with a $6.99 U.S. base price. Premium includes exactly no ads plus unlimited lives. It does not include skins and has no free trial.
Apple processes billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund requests. Purchase and Premium controls are available directly in the app without an adult gate. Restore Purchases is available in the Wardrobe and on the Sigma Rizz/Premium screen. Remove Ads is not sold; eligible legacy owners continue to receive recognition of their prior entitlement.
Manage or cancel Premium through Apple Account/App Store Subscriptions. Refund eligibility and requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
Advertising
Free players may see a banner on Home. A genuinely new player's first 10-life bank has no interstitial; the second bank may show one after death 5; after the next completed refill, later banks may show interstitials after deaths 3, 6, and 9. The death that reduces lives to zero is always excluded. A refill that actually restores lives—either a completed timed refill or an earned rewarded refill—advances the cadence. A rewarded video at zero lives is optional and refills the bank to 10 only after the reward is earned. No ad appears when the app opens.
Premium suppresses all ads. Eligible legacy Remove Ads owners continue to have forced ads suppressed, while the optional rewarded refill remains available. Advertising availability and the specific advertisements shown are provided through Google services.
Google Mobile Ads is configured for teenage treatment with a Teen maximum content rating, non-personalized requests, disabled publisher personalization, and disabled publisher first-party ID. If ATT authorization is undetermined on first run, iOS asks for tracking permission; either choice is allowed and does not block gameplay.
Report misleading, offensive, or age-inappropriate advertising through the Report an Ad page.
Intellectual property
Rizz Pig, Rizz the Pig, its original artwork, audio, text, design, software, and branding are owned by Lurgio Investments LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership.
Availability and limitation
The app and its services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features, cosmetics, advertising availability, and online services may change.
To the extent permitted by law, Lurgio Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
