Who we are and what this covers
Lurgio Investments LLC publishes Rizz Runner and is responsible for the first-party practices described here. This policy covers the standalone Rizz Runner app for iPhone and iPad, its local gameplay profile, advertising and privacy choices, optional notifications, Game Center, StoreKit purchases, and support.
Rizz Runner does not create a Lurgio Investments account and does not share saves with Rizz Pig.
Gameplay data on your device
Best distance, total runs, settings, the selected skin, locally displayed achievements, the ten-life bank, and the single 30-minute full-bank recovery deadline are stored locally. Coins reset after each life, are not spendable currency, and are not banked. Lurgio Investments does not receive this local gameplay profile.
Deleting Rizz Runner removes the profile and pending local notifications from that device.
Advertising, mediation, and consent
Rizz Runner uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. AdMob manages the ad request and may select Google demand or an enabled mediation bidding source. The initial installed mediation adapters are Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads.
Where required, Rizz Runner refreshes consent information and presents Google's privacy message before initializing advertising. The app does not request an ad unless Google reports that requests are permitted. If Apple App Tracking Transparency status is still undetermined, iOS may then ask for tracking permission. Either ATT choice is allowed and does not block gameplay.
Publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID are disabled, and eligible inventory is capped at Google's Teen maximum content rating. A mediated partner may have additional processing under its own policy and the choices presented to the user.
Advertising providers may process coarse location estimated from IP address, device or app identifiers, ad requests, impressions, taps, rewarded completion, product interaction, and crash, performance, or other diagnostic information for ad delivery, frequency capping, reporting, reliability, security, and fraud prevention. The final App Store privacy labels will reflect the exact production SDKs submitted for review.

Where ads appear
A free player may see a banner on Home only. No banner appears during active gameplay. A new player's first life bank has no interstitial; the second bank may show one after death 5; standard banks may show interstitials after deaths 3, 6, and 9. A death that reduces the bank to zero never shows an interstitial.
At zero lives, a rewarded video is optional and refills all ten lives only after the reward is earned. Premium suppresses banner, interstitial, and rewarded inventory because Premium includes unlimited lives.
Local notifications
Rizz Runner requests notification permission only after the player enables notifications in Settings. If allowed, it may schedule a local alert for the full-bank recovery deadline and an optional inactivity reminder approximately 72 hours after activity. These notifications are scheduled on the device without a Rizz Runner remote push account.
Notifications can be disabled inside the app or in iOS Settings.
Apple services and purchases
Apple Game Center may process an optional player identity, best-distance leaderboard submission, and configured achievements. Apple's App Store and StoreKit process cosmetic purchases, Premium subscription status, restoration, refunds, and entitlement records. Lurgio Investments does not receive payment-card details.

Your choices
Where required, Rizz Runner presents Google’s advertising privacy choices before requesting ads and exposes Privacy Options in Settings when Google requires an ongoing entry point. Tracking can be changed in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking, notifications in iOS Settings under Notifications, and Game Center through Apple settings. Premium suppresses advertising requests. Deleting the app removes the local gameplay profile.

Retention, deletion, and security
Best distance, settings, lives, the single 30-minute full-bank recovery deadline, selected cosmetic, on-device totals, and local entitlement status remain on the device until the app is deleted or its local data is cleared. Coins reset after every life and are not banked. Permitted local life-refill and inactivity notifications remain pending only until delivered, replaced, or disabled. Advertising providers and Apple retain information they process according to their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.
Rizz Runner does not create a Lurgio Investments account. Deleting the app removes its locally stored gameplay profile, life timer, settings, and pending local notifications from that device. Game Center and App Store purchase records are managed by Apple and are not deleted by uninstalling Rizz Runner. Support correspondence can be the subject of an access or deletion request, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app, mediation partners, or legal requirements change. The revised date identifies the current version.
