Acceptance and license
By downloading or using Rizz Runner after release, you agree to these terms and applicable App Store terms. Rizz Runner is licensed, not sold, for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment under Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA.
Gameplay and online services
Rizz Runner includes local progress and optional Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Online features depend on Apple services and network availability. Do not tamper with the app, reverse engineer except where law permits, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores or achievements, interfere with advertising, or abuse support and reporting channels.
Lives and virtual items
Free players have ten lives and one 30-minute full-bank recovery timer. A timer completion or earned rewarded refill restores the entire bank. Coins reset after each life, are not sold, are not currency, and have no cash value. Rules and balancing may change in future updates.
Cosmetics and Premium
Six non-consumable animated cosmetics—Straw Boss, Denim Dash, Mud Mode, Farm Sheriff, Aura Cape, and Rocket Hog—have a $2.99 U.S. base price each. Annual Premium has a $6.99 U.S. base price and provides unlimited lives plus no ads. Premium does not include the six cosmetics.
Apple displays localized prices and handles billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds. Manage Premium through Apple Account/App Store Subscriptions. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple through Report a Problem.
Advertising
Free players may see a Home banner, cadence-limited interstitials, and an optional zero-life rewarded refill. AdMob mediates eligible Google, Meta, and Unity demand. Premium suppresses advertising. Specific inventory and availability are controlled by third-party services and may vary.

Intellectual property
Rizz Runner, Rizz the Pig, original artwork, audio, software, text, and branding are owned by Lurgio Investments LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse.
Availability and liability
The app and connected services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, balancing, cosmetics, advertising, prices, and online services may change. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
